Hi all! I will begin holding office hours this coming week on Tuesdays, 1:45-3:45 pm.
I would like to try holding them in the first floor lounge in Guggenheim (GUGG 101), as it is comfortable and has space, as well as a few desktops to use if needed.
Please let me know if coming to ask questions in a “public” room doesn’t work, however, and I will switch to holding office hours in GUGG 310.
For labs, we will be using a language called R. R is easiest to learn using R-studio (where you can type scripts and click buttons, rather than running things through a command line). The computers in KESDA have both of these, but we strongly recommend you also download them on your personal computer. The links below walk through how to do that.
